I have fixed the web version!
Thank you so much to user "toastyburk" for helping me fix this.
The game wasn't scaling properly on the web version or other screen heights bigger or smaller than 1920x1080.
Basically, I'm a noob at godot and programming in game engines so that's why it didn't work.
